1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and cut in chunks
4 cups boiling water
8 cups ice cubes
2 peaches, peeled and diced
1 peach, sliced
½ cup sugar (or ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup agave nectar)- adjust as wanted
8 sprigs mint

1 lemon,

8 cups ice cubes

½ cup sugar (or ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup agave nectar)- adjust as wanted
8 sprigs mint
DIRECTIONS
1.
In boiling water, add tea, lemon and ginger. Let
steep for 8 minutes.

While tea is steeping, blend diced peaches and
sugar in a blender until smooth (add a little water if necessary).
3.
Place 4 cups of ice in pitcher and pour in tea
and peach mixture. Mix well.
4.
Serve in glasses over remaining ice and garnish
with peach slices and mint.
*Tip: For parties, make tea and peach mixture ahead of time
and mix before serving.
