1 Can of peaches - you can use fresh peaches
Cranberry sauce – optional
Make the muffin mix as called for on the box. Layer the first layer with one box of muffin mix. Even though it says muffin mix, we’re going to make a cake out of it. Then layer the crumble they provide in the box. Next layer with peaches and cranberry sauce. Next layer the top with the second box of the muffin mix. Top with crumble.
You can pretty much use any fruits you wish. Also add nuts (esp walnuts) for an extra crunch. Bake until cooked… about 50 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream!!
