Deviled Eggs

Salt & pepper

  1. Boil eggs
  2. Peel eggs and slice in half. Remove yolk.
  3. Mix Mayo (we used Nayo- a soy product) and yolk together until it’s creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. If you have a fancy piping bag, use that to get a nicer filling look. If not, just use a spoon like we did
  6. Sprinkle some paprika
