Salt & pepper
- Boil eggs
- Peel eggs and slice in half. Remove yolk.
- Mix Mayo (we used Nayo- a soy product) and yolk together until it’s creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper
- If you have a fancy piping bag, use that to get a nicer filling look. If not, just use a spoon like we did
- Sprinkle some paprika
