Asian Noodles


Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Broccoli
Eggs
Tofu
Onion
Jalapeno (optional)
Soy Sauce
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Peanut butter (creamy)

Peanut Sauce
In a wide blender and add 4-5 tablespoons of peanut butter. Depending on how much you are going to make you can add more or less.
Few splashes of soy sauce
Teaspoon of garlic and ginger
Teaspoon of green chilli/jalapeno
Half a small onion
Splash of lemon juice
Teaspoon of sugar
Pinch of red pepper flakes.
Add water to get smooth consistency and blend well. The mixture should be thick but runny

Noodles
Sautee the onion, broccoli and the jalapeƱo. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic and ginger powder. You can always use fresh ingredients instead of powder. You can cook the eggs (scrambled) with the veggies. Add the marinated tofu (marinate in ginger dressing or any Asian dressin you may have). Let all those items cook together. Add cooked spaghetti. Add the peanut sauce. Mix well and serve!
