Ingredients:
- pineapple slices
- mango slices
- honey
- hot sauce
- whipping cream
- vanilla extract
- granulated sugar
- coconut shavings
in a bowl, drizzle honey and 2-3 tablespoons of hot sauce over pineapple and mango slices, set aside for a couple of hours or overnight (trust me, the hot sauce is just going to add a barely-there zing post-grilling)
in a chilled bowl, beat 2 cups (desired amount) of whipping cream over medium speed. Slowly add in 2-3 tablespoons (depending on how sweet you want it) of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract...continue beating the cream until some soft peaks form..you'll know when it gets fluffy..let it cool in the refridgerator
heat up the grill (make sure its hot), throw the fruit on the grill. Flip the slices 1 time only so you can get nice grill marks.
place a grilled slice of mango and pineapple in a bowl, top with whipped cream and sprinkle some coconut shavings! Enjoy your grilled mango pinacolada :)
