1 bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
¼ of a bunch of fresh oregano
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
10 garlic cloves
1 jalapeƱo or 3 searno pepper or Red pepper flakes to taste
½ cup plus extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp Salt and black pepper (to taste)

·        Make sure you thoroughly wash the parsley, cilantro and oregano.
·        In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, oregano, vinegar, garlic, pepper (of your choice), salt, and black pepper
·        While pulsing the food processor, drizzle the olive oil.
·        You want to make sure that all the herbs are mixed together and finely chopped.
·        Add more salt or pepper if needed. Also if it’s too "dry" add more oil.
·        Transfer in a bowl.
