Classic Margherita Pizza


Tomato Sauce
Fresh Basil
Fresh Mozzarella
Ripe Vine Tomato

(All ingredients must be fresh to create the best taste)


Season the tomato sauce with a teaspoon of garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt
Layer sauce on your pizza dough
Cut fresh mozzarella so you have big round slices.
Cut tomatos the same way
Place the mozzarella first on the pizza where each pizza slice will be cut and put a tomato on each cheese slice. Make sure it is evenly spread out.
Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Sprinkle with fresh basil (finely chopped) before serving.
