Greek pizza




Ingredients:
  1. pizza crust
  2. baby spinach
  3. fresh grated garlic
  4. diced red onions
  5. kalamata olives
  6. dry oregano
  7. basil-feta cheese crumble (or plain feta)
  8. soy mayo
  9. sun dried tomatoes
  10. olive oil

-cook pizza crust to your taste, lightly toasted
-while pizza crust is cooking, light toss baby spinach, 1 teaspoon olive oil, & 1 teaspoon garlic in a sauce pan over medium heat...dont cook it thoroughly though! You can also steam cook the spinach if you want without any oil
-Brush pizza crust with a mixture of soy mayo, 1 teaspoon grated garlic, and sprinkle oregano
-in a bowl, toss sun dried tomatoes and onions with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
-layer on the baby spinach, sun dried tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives, and top off with basil-feta cheese.
-finish with a sprinkle of some black pepper
-bake pizza for 10-15 minutes under 350 degrees
